Please read all offer, scheme and policy documents carefully and consider your own goals and risk appetite before investing. Registration with SEBI, membership of AMFI/APMI and NISM certification do not guarantee the performance of the intermediary or assure any returns.

Commission

We may receive commission or distribution fees from asset management companies, PMS providers, insurers, lenders and other product providers. Details are available on request. Direct plans of mutual funds, which have a lower expense ratio, are available directly from fund houses.

Mutual Funds and SIF (AMFI Registered Distributor, ARN-314636)

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. Returns are not guaranteed, and SIPs do not assure profit or protect against loss.

SIF

Specialized Investment Funds are higher-risk products that may use derivatives and long-short strategies, and have a minimum investment of ₹10 Lacs and above as per SEBI rules. Read the scheme documents carefully.

PMS and AIF (APMI Registered Distributor, APRN05933)

Portfolio management services are subject to market risks and returns are not guaranteed. LAB INVESTMENTS is a distributor only and does not manage portfolios. Portfolios are managed by SEBI-registered portfolio managers. A minimum investment of ₹50 lakh applies per SEBI rules. Investors can also invest directly with the portfolio manager without a distributor. Read the Disclosure Document.

AIF

Alternative Investment Funds are for eligible investors only, carry high risk and have a minimum investment of ₹1 crore. Any offering is made only through authorised arrangements and as per the fund's placement memorandum.

Insurance

Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Benefits, premiums and exclusions are as per the policy document issued by the insurer, so read it carefully. Insurance is offered through authorised insurers. IRDAI does not sell policies, announce bonuses or invest premiums, and public receiving such calls should report them to the police.

Stock Broking (Demat, IPO, F&O)

Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks. Read all related documents carefully before investing. Broking services are provided by a SEBI-registered stockbroker. IPO allotment is not assured, so read the offer document. Futures and options are high-risk, and SEBI studies show that a majority of individual F&O traders incur losses. Trade only with money you can afford to lose.

Fixed Income, NCDs, Bonds and FDs

These carry credit, interest-rate and liquidity risk, and ratings can change. Returns and repayment are not guaranteed by LAB INVESTMENTS. Corporate FDs and NCDs are not covered by DICGC deposit insurance. Read the offer document before investing.

GIFT City Funds

These funds are set up in the International Financial Services Centre and are regulated by IFSCA, not under SEBI mutual fund rules. They may involve currency, market, liquidity and regulatory risks, and eligibility and minimum amounts vary by fund. Read the offer document carefully.

NPS

The National Pension System is regulated by PFRDA. Returns are market-linked and not guaranteed, and withdrawals are subject to PFRDA rules.

Loans

Loans are offered by banks and NBFCs. LAB INVESTMENTS is not a lender. Approval, interest rate, fees and terms are decided solely by the lender, and we may receive a referral fee. Calculator results are indicative only.
